Swami Vivekanand Educational & Rural Development Charitable Trust, Shrigonda, was founded on 2nd May 1998 to support and develop education and health in Rural India. To mention a few these are the objectives if the trust.

• To start and run pre-primary, Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary and higher education facilities.
• To start and run Educational facilities for the adults, nursery schools, night schools.
• To start and run the polytechnic, fine arts and medical colleges.
• To improve the quality of life of the people living in rural and tribal areas through integrated development programs.
• To aim at economic, educational and social empowerment of the people through training camps, workshops, seminars etc.,
